PTSDDaddy Today went Swimmingly...
Why do I post these video's about my day or workout on a PTSD blog? Simple... you have to have to have to... did I mention HAVE TO take care of yourself. If you are on an airplane and the pressure leaks and oxygen masks fall down, how can you take care of anyone if you're passed out? I do not care who you talk to, you cannot mentally get to a better place if you physically broken too. I am physically broken in many many ways. This is my start to taking care of the whole issue and I am sharing because the best folks I know tell you solutions that work because they have done them. Some of my best instructors in the Army were the ones who not only told us to ruck 10 miles, but were there beside us rucking 10 miles.
More to come tonight... Stay tuned...
